INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING AN INDIVIDUAL RESERVATION
- Before beginning, either create a New Account, or if you have used our Housing system previously, click the Login tab and login with your email and password (there is an option for reseting your password if you have forgotten it).
- Click Home and find your Event form the list. Click Hotels.
- Scroll down and review the hotel selections. Once you find one that is the best fit for your needs, click Book Now.
- Select the room type, check-in and check-out dates, number of rooms (they will appear) and adjust the number of guests per room then click Book Now. (If you are reserving for someone else, please enter their name in the spot next to the Book Now Button.)
- On the next page click the box to Agree with Terms and Conditions. Click Finalize.
- Enter your Billing information and click Finalize.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Hotels do not receive the reservations from this online housing bureau until typically 2-4 weeks before the event, based on their individual cut-off dates.
(If you call the hotel to "check on you reservation" they will not have record of it until the cut-off date).
