SECURING ROOMS FOR YOUR GROUP
- Scroll through the list of hotels and choose the hotel that best suits your groups' needs. Click Book Now.
- Select the room type and number of rooms.
- On the next page you will be asked to login. Use your email and assigned password that you have been given.
- Create your Room Block. You will have 30 Days to make reservations within this block.
- If you need a second room type you will simply repeat the process.
* You will be sent an email called Group Block Details. In it is a link to click when you are ready to make individual reservations within this Group Block.
INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS
- Click the link in your email or enter the Group Code from that email in the box at the top of the page where it asks for a Group Code.
- Choose the room type and number of rooms and dates of stay. (You will be able to adjust your reservation for the dates needed.)
- Log in with your email and assigned password if you are not logged in already.
*You are finished with your reservation once you finalize after entering billing information.
** Hotels do not receive the reservations from this Online Housing Bureau until two weeks prior to arrival. (If you call the hotel to "check on your reservation" they will not have record of it until then.)
***NOTE: Please be sure to reach out to your hotel directly regarding Covid-19 policies as they can change daily.
